It is important to keep in mind that there are significant differences between the OIG Exclusion List and the CMS Preclusion List. During this session, Sean will discuss your obligations, as a Medicare home health or hospice provider, to ensure that your employees, agents, contractors, and vendors have not been excluded from participation in federal healthcare programs. He will also discuss the impact of the CMS Preclusion List on your employment and contracting practices. Both OIG and CMS contractors are actively on the lookout for violations.
