This webinar is to help the non-coder understand the basics of Medicare Billing, Coding, and reimbursement. Whether you are new to the clinical front desk or have been involved with it to some extent for years, there is a need to understand how to coding is from when it’s documented, how it’s submitted to the insurance, and how to interpret, how the insurance payers have paid it and apply appropriately to the accounts.

One of the biggest reasons for high dollar revenue in a physician’s practice is the misunderstanding of payments. When it is denied or if additional information is needed for review to make payment. This webinar will help decipher the basics of physician-based accounts receivable and to help with reducing your outstanding accounts with a basic understanding of when there are contractual write-offs, deductibles to be billed to the insured, and how long you have to file and/or appeal a claim.
