About the Presenter:

For the past 17-years Ted A. Arkfeld, D.C., M.S., has been the team chiropractor for Gaylord Community Schools where he has treated numerous sports related injuries and concussions. In December of 2018, his clinic became the second chiropractic office in the nation to achieve certification in the diagnosis and management of concussions and post-concussion syndrome through Complete Concussion Management, Inc. He is one of the chiropractic profession’s leading authorities on documentation, coding, and linking the two through clinical expertise. He is a 1988 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic where he also received his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. He earned his Master of Science in Biomechanical Trauma from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida.

Dr. Arkfeld’s professional studies include Advanced Certification in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Motor Vehicle Accident Injuries from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego, accident reconstruction in low impact motor vehicle collisions, and biomechanical analysis of traumatic injuries, workplace ergonomics, and the rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries.
